1. Overview

This website, www.situationshipsurvivalacademy.com, is operated by Situationship Survival Academy ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting the site, creating an account, using our free tools, or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. Some content, including certain songs in the Academy Soundtrack, contains explicit lyrics and mature themes and is intended for adults 18+.

3. Not professional advice

Our books, workbook, blog, soundtrack, Situationship Assessment, Red Flag Checklist and other content are for education, self-reflection and entertainment. They are based on personal and professional experience and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed therapist, counselor, doctor, attorney or other professional. Assessment and checklist results are self-reflection tools, not a diagnosis. If you are in danger or in an unsafe relationship, contact local emergency services or the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 (text START to 88788).

4. Products, prices and availability

We try to describe products and prices accurately, but errors can happen. We may correct errors, change prices, limit quantities, or cancel orders affected by a pricing or listing error. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full. Products marked "available soon" may not be ready to ship yet.

5. Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We don't see or store your full card number. You agree to give accurate billing and shipping information. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

6. Digital products and license

When you buy a PDF edition or song download, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, share, upload or distribute our digital files, books, workbook, music or other content without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, book and workbook content, music, logos, graphics, the "Situationship Survival Academy" name and our slogans, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

8. Reviews, comments and messages

If you post a review or send us feedback, you confirm it is honest, your own, and not unlawful or abusive, and you allow us to display it on our site and marketing. We may remove content at our discretion. Don't include anyone else's private information.

9. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to other websites and use third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, email providers and music platforms. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.
