Last updated: October 8, 2026

We want you to love what you get from the Situationship Survival Academy. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

Paperback books (the Guide, the Companion Workbook and the Bundle of Joy)

  • You may return a paperback within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Books must be unused and in the condition you received them (no writing, highlighting, torn pages or water damage).

  • The Bundle of Joy is returned as a complete set; we can't refund a single book from a bundle.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless your order arrived damaged, defective or wrong (see below).

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Digital products (PDF editions and soundtrack downloads)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all digital sales are final. If a file is broken, won't open, or your download link doesn't work, contact us and we'll fix it or send you a new file free of charge. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you.

How to start a return

  1. Email versacedonn@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. We can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
